No Refunds Policy
All sales made on our website are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased, regardless of the reason as they come under the Beauty and Personal Care category. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- The product was not as expected
- The customer changes their mind after the purchase
- The customer experiences an allergic reaction to the product

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
